Love to our bodies
This month we will be focusing on spreading love to our bodies. When we notice the difference between what helps us and what hurts us, we can be proactive at taking better care of ourselves. Children can learn healthy ways to be aware of what is happening inside them without judging it as good or bad. In class we will practice sending love to our bodies and our friends. Our students will learn heart opening poses such as cobra and cactus. We will also practice saying “I Love Me!”
Tip For Home: Help your child practice more self love by understanding it is okay to make a mistake. Having a good sense of humor helps us experience more enjoyment in our lives and not take things too seriously.
