Empowering youth and caregivers with tools to navigate big emotions

Using a play-based approach

We are comprised of playful and compassionate educators. Since 2010, we’ve been teaching youth and caregivers life-long skills to manage big emotions, together.

By increasing self-awareness and learning to self-regulate, children are equipped with lifelong skills to build resilience so they can greet all life brings their way with confidence.

By using:

  • Deep breathing techniques
  • Mindfulness
  • Yoga postures & embodiment practices
  • Cooperative games
  • Guided imagery

We share tools to calm, energize and focus body and mind.

Our evidence-based curriculum is grounded in a play-based approach and crafted with tools that participants can use in their daily lives.

We believe connection and relationship building is crucial for physical and mental wellness, and that all children regardless of race, learning style, or economic status deserve to have access to these tools.

We envision a world where emotional well-being is prioritized for all children and tomorrow’s leaders are empowered and compassionate toward themselves, each other, and our planet.

Based in Denver, CO and Portland, ME & accessible anywhere with internet access.
