Mind-Body Tools to Help Children Confidently Navigate Emotions

We are comprised of playful and compassionate educators. Since 2010, we’ve been teaching youth and caregivers life-long skills to help navigate emotions. Since there is no one-size-fits-all solution to managing emotions, we give children and those who support them choices to help support their unique bodies and minds.

Whether it’s needing more calm, focus or energy, children learn a variety of mind/body tools to greet all life brings their way with confidence. When we feel in charge of our emotions we can bring forth more love and compassion to ourselves and others.

  • Deep breathing techniques
  • Mindfulness
  • Yoga postures & embodiment practices
  • Games and Play
  • Guided imagery (Imagining a peaceful place or scenario)

Ages 3-18 have helped craft our evidence-based program to ensure it is engaging and fun! It has also been created alongside educators, occupational therapists and social workers.

We believe connection and relationship building is crucial for physical and mental wellness, and that all children regardless of race, learning style, or economic status deserve to have access to these tools.

We envision a world where emotional well-being is prioritized for all children and tomorrow’s leaders are empowered and compassionate toward themselves, each other, and our planet.

Based in Denver, CO and Portland, ME & accessible anywhere with internet access.
