Since 2010 Radiant Beginnings has been committed to changing lives through high quality yoga/mindfulness programming, teacher trainings and 5 minute video brain breaks. We offer a play-based program for all personalities and learning styles.
Our classes and curriculum are data driven and suitable throughout schools, homes and therapeutic environments.
We envision a world in which empowered people have tools to manage stress and develop lifelong healthy coping strategies.

Every person can be equipped with a toolkit for stress and anxiety, allowing them to handle the inevitable stressors of everyday life throughout their lifetime. Through deep breathing techniques, mindful movement and guided relaxation our program is designed to help individuals increase social-emotional health, emotional-regulation and stress-resilience. We empower our students to create strategies they can bring into their everyday life.
