If you and your child/students struggle with anxiety/stress, we created a tool for you to do TOGETHER.

Using body scans, deep breathing and by igniting the imagination, each guided relaxation calms the nervous system and guides children to a safe space where they can let their worries go. Each guided relaxation is created to be short and effective especially for participants with short attention spans.
