| It’s with great excitement that I introduce Radiant Beginnings’ new sister brand, Roots Up. Serving schools, hospitals, and mental health facilities, the Roots Up program provides self-regulation strategies that infuse your entire organization/community with calm and self-care. Participants learn coping strategies and a natural way to increase focus, calm the nervous system, and cultivate compassion to self and others.
