Tool to help with digestion:
If you find yourself ‘overdoing it’ in the food department, or your body is not quite happy with what you ate, do a twist! Twisting is a natural way to help aid in digestion.
How to do a chair twist: (Finding the balance between using force and finesse in a twist is important.)
1. Sit up nice and tall
2. Place two feet flat on the ground
3. Take your right hand to your left knee
4. Left hand is on the opposite side behind you
5. Inhale and lengthen your spine, exhale as you twist
6. Switch sides to balance out the body
