Over the past 4 years I have been developing a video curriculum to helpchildren and teachers calm their nervous system to increase attention, compassion and emotional regulation in 5 minutes a day. The videos have been created in partnership with social workers and researchers and focuses on the whole child.
This program is serving hundreds of elementary school students in Maine and Colorado and drastically helping students feel safe who are suffering in silence along with those who have experienced trauma. This is not another curriculum for teachers to teach from- this is a support where they get to participate with their students, creating community and empathy.
We have also collected testimonialsfrom teachers and students on their experience.
The curriculum has been developed, the data has been gathered and now it’s time to share and connect.
Please reach out if you have any questions or are interested in learning more.
The video below is a summary of the curriculum. Our new website also includes more information.

“The Radiant Beginnings yoga training provides a full depth of learning that is immediately able to be implemented. I loved the structure and supportive lesson plan with a ‘menu’ of options. Each piece of the plan gave me confidence to teach! This training is taught by instructors with a wealth of knowledge with delivery techniques that reminded me of what it was like to be young again.”
