To be a certified kids yoga instructor you will need 95 hours of training. We offer a certificate of completion at the end of the course which some trainees use for professional development credits and continuing education through yoga alliance.

We offer evidence-based classes, trainings and a video curriculum subscription with an emphasis on coping skills and anxiety relief.
