We are woman-owned and founded in 2010. Comprised of playful and compassionate educators, we teach youth and caregivers life-long skills to confidently navigate emotions.
We offer evidence-based classes, trainings and a video curriculum subscription with an emphasis on coping skills and anxiety relief.
