Our Beliefs

  1. We believe all children, regardless of race, ability, or economic status deserve to be equipped with healthy coping skills to navigate all the twists and turns life brings their way.
  2. By helping people feel more in control of their emotions and reactions, they will communicate better, improve relationships, and more effectively overcome life’s
    challenges.
  3. When caregivers are able to prioritize their own self-care, they are more in control of their emotions and reactions and can better care for the people in their lives.
  4. Small repetitive practices have the power to change our thoughts and behaviors resulting in emotional wellbeing.
