In consideration of participating in this training, I hereby assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages of all type, known or unknown, direct, indirect, consequential, special, punitive and otherwise, which I might incur as a result of participating in the class, and waive all claims of all types against Radiant Beginnings, LLC and its instructors, whether for damages arising from any injury to myself, my child or other persons or property caused by my or my child’s participation in the class. THIS RELEASE OF CLAIMS IS INTENDED TO BE AS BROAD AS APPLICABLE LAW PERMITS AND I UNDERSTAND THAT BY AGREEING TO IT, I RELEASE ALL POTENTIAL CLAIMS ON BEHALF OF MYSELF AND/OR THE CHILD I AM AUTHORIZING TO USE THE CONTENT. Cancellations of fully paid registration will be given, less a $50 processing fee, 2 weeks or more before training. No refunds or credits will be issued within two weeks of training.
