Radiant Beginnings’ classes develop youth’s awareness of breath, body, and mind with our data-driven curriculum. Our approach is fun, playful, and accessible to all personalities and learning styles. Each class is interactive bringing mindfulness, yoga postures, brain games, and breathing techniques together. We empower participants to develop leadership skills, self-awareness, and empathy. Youth take away a toolbox of stress resilience strategies to use in class and beyond.
Our classes for middle and high school aged students develop each student’s strength and flexibility as we build a toolkit for stress management. These tools are reinforced over the course of the semester, and practical instruction allows students the opportunity to learn to use these tools off the mat and in their daily lives. Our curriculum includes breathing exercises, mindful listening, mindful movement, community building, brain games, and relaxation. We work to heighten each student’s body awareness, develop positive self-images, improve concentration, and reduce stress.

Engaging our imaginations, we use playful yoga poses and animated breathing exercises to teach our students about body awareness and mindfulness in a fun way! Sprinkled with music/songs, picture books, puppets, and other age-appropriate props, each class enhances language development, motor coordination and social skills. Classes are rooted in our calm/active/calm philosophy.
Our mindful videos are an effective resource for hospitals, Alzheimer's patients, treatment centers, homeless shelters & therapists.
We have experience teaching yoga/mindfulness to special needs children specifically ADD, ADHD, Autism Spectrum and Sensory Processing Disorder.

This Radiant Beginnings training will offer tools to effectively teach children yoga and mindfulness in the classroom. This will help children build a toolkit for stress management, social/emotional learning, self regulation, confidence, and mindfulness. We want to share as many tools as possible to create a school environment that supports social, mental and physical well being for everyone, including you! You will learn how to teach breath, postures, mindfulness, partner poses, mind/body games, and relaxation specifically designed for the classroom setting.
Using yoga and mindfulness, you’ll learn stress management skills which you can share with children, students or clients. These are lifelong tools useful for handling the inevitable challenges and stressors in everyday life. We breakdown each component of the training into a digestible lesson plan structure. Since our first training in 2011, we have seen the way our program changes lives.
Looking for a way to unwind and take care of yourself before/after the school day? We bring yoga/mindfulness to you! We can come into your school to offer you and your school community class packages!
These classes are tailored to meet the specific needs of your child/teen including flexibility, strength, anxiety, test prep, etc. We will have an in depth conversation with parents prior to our meeting to get a sense of what would be the most beneficial approach to our session. Classes are taught in your home to give you a comfortable, individualized session. We will teach your child/teen specific tools that will carry over into their lives to help them when the session is complete.
Girls, join us for a FUN packed, empowerment classes just for you! Through mindful movement, leadership and self care activities you will learn to express your authentic self and create a safe space within.We will build a unique toolkit that empowers you to create healthy relationships with yourself and others. Come as you are where we will laugh and learn with love.
Have a neighborhood filled with children? Looking for something healthy and fun for this group to do together? Get at least 6 friends together and we will come to your house/backyard/park to teach 6,8 or a 10 weekly session.
Radiant Beginnings comes to your school or facility to offer your students a taste of our program. Our staff is skilled at going into pre existing camps and creating a program that meets your needs. Prices vary depending on location and number of students. Please contact us for more information.
We come to you! Our Yoga Parties are unique, age appropriate, and include basic and challenging yoga poses, creative breathing techniques, fun yoga games, and relaxation. We offer 30 or 60 minute classes.
