Like you all, we’re processing how to cope with the daily tide of changing events. While we seek answers and optimism, the unknowns can feel overwhelming.
Our emotional well-being is crucial as we navigate this time together.
We have put together some support tools for you and your families’/clients physical and mental wellness.
The majority of our resources are always around 5-minutes and are being used as a social-emotional learning activity designed to calm the nervous system. They also offer anxiety relief to anyone needing a mindful break.

Our video curriculum supports the facilitator by making it easy to simply press play and practice alongside students or clients so everyone can calm and focus simultaneously. Each lesson builds upon the next offering a different healthy coping strategy.
