Do you do this?

Hello,
I hope this finds you well!

The other day I had the opportunity to look up at the clouds as they passed slowly overhead. I let myself get lost in the moment and it felt SO GOOD!

Life got so full and busy that I couldn’t remember the last time I looked up at the sky and took a few minutes to just BE. I vividly remember doing this on a trampoline while nannying for my 9-year-old friend but somehow I got serious along the way.

I wonder why that can happen as we age? When does life get so serious?!

Every time I teach a kids yoga and mindfulness class I am inspired by my students’ innate joy, ability to drop into the present moment and be SILLY!

What beautiful teachers they are!

What do you do for fun? When do you get silly? Do you still play?
I’m working on getting my play and silly back- want to join? 😉
